Large technology retailers and chains weren’t offering honest, reliable and trustworthy services and these in-demand services certainly weren’t readily available or easily accessible to this segment of individuals.
Since its inception, Xentas Inc.’s focus has been on providing exceptional technology services both in-home and on location, with a specific mission to reach countless people who are struggling with various computer and technology problems. Big Box retailers often rush customers into purchasing the latest and greatest technology trends but aren’t patient enough to teach their customers how to easily integrate their technology into their everyday life, hence there was a major gap between purchases and the end users.

Christian studied Computer Technology in his home Country of Germany, Graduating in 1995. Since then, he has kept up-to-date with the latest computer and technology trends as he is a firm believer in lifelong learning and personal growth. “Over the years, I have gained a wide range of experience in all sorts of IT fields” says Christian. “Over a decade ago, I began to specialize and tailor my services to older adults and seniors as well as small businesses to make sure no one was left behind in today’s fast-paced digital world”.
Christian is passionate about helping small businesses succeed as he knows that only when they become successful will they become his regular clients and bring him new and rewarding work. Building long-term relationships is also a key factor for Xentas Inc. as well as helping older adults and seniors by making sure they can use technology efficiently while keeping up with constant changes and tech advancements. A few common lesson subjects include: applying for and managing healthcare related tasks online, looking up addresses, directions and information online, communicating with children and grandchildren and learning how to used iphones and other forms of technology. “It is my goal to give people who face challenges with technology the confidence to learn and use it without fear, frustration or anxiety”.

Reflecting back to 1995 when Christian began offering his services, hardly anyone had a computer and Google did not exist yet, thus making it more time consuming to access information.
